Fitdadmom was born from a very personal mission — the desire to help our own parents live healthier, stronger, and happier lives.
Founded by Akanksha Pundir and Apeksha Pundir, Fitdadmom is a holistic wellness platform designed for people who want to take charge of their health in a sustainable and practical way. over a decade of combined experience in the fitness industry, the founders bring together science, compassion, and real-life understanding of the human body.
Our journey into fitness was driven by family and purpose. Like many people, we struggled to find a fitness system that truly supported the needs of our aging parents. Most programs were either too intense, too limited, or focused only on appearance rather than long term health, mobility, and functional strength.
This gap led us to create Fitdadmom a 360-degree approach to wellness.
Fitness is not just our profession — it has been a life changing journey for us personally. One of the co founders, Apeksha Pundir, was able to completely reverse her thyroid condition through structured exercise and nutrition.
Through the Fitdadmom methodology, she has also helped many women struggling with severe PCOD and fertility challenges, and many of them went on to conceive and deliver healthy babies.
Over the years, we have worked with a diverse range of clients including doctors, scientists, CEOs, corporate professionals, homemakers, and students, helping them rediscover strength, confidence, and balance in their lives.
We aim to empower people with simple, effective, and scientifically informed methods that improve mobility, strength, mental well-being, and longevity. We want fitness to feel welcoming, practical, and achievable — not intimidating.
